Using Google for searching is better if you have the search operators.

If your like most people, searching for something will give you a decent response from Google. However, if you use these operators below you will not only get what you need, but you will also get a much more relevant response from Google and your research will become quicker.

 

allintitle:

Type this into the search bar and without a space after the colon begin your search term. allintitle is the blue bar you will see at the top of the website.

• {Example}      allintitle:100 best companies to work for

You can take this one step further and add a plus or minus sign followed by another word.

• {Example}     allintitle:100 best companies to work for +money magazine. (do not put a space after the plus sign) This search term will only return the results “with money magazine” and eliminate any other lists or results.

• {Example}    allintitle:100 best companies to work for -money magazine. (do not put a space after the minus sign) This search term will only return the results “without money magazine” and include all other results with those words in the title bar.
